How does shipping work?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Subscriptions ship four times a year. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping to the 48 contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is free.

How do I track my package?

Once shipped, we send you an email with tracking information. Note that tracking information sometimes take 24 – 48 hours to update. In order to track your shipment, either log in to your account and click “Track,” or click on the link in the email.

Does Love, Sylvie have a phone number?

We’re sorry. We currently do not offer support via phone. However, if you email hellolovesylvie@gmail.com, we’re more than happy to offer you support over email.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can currently pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards. We cannot accept cash, checks, or money orders.

How do I change my subscription preferences?

You can change your subscription preferences, including frequency and scent, by logging into your account and going to “Manage Subscriptions.”

What if my products are damaged or missing?

We are happy to replace and damaged or missing products at no cost to you. Please reach out to our customer care team by contacting hellolovesylvie@gmail.com. Note that our replacement policy is good for up to 45 days after the shipment date.

Can I pick the date of billing?

Unfortunately, our billing system is automated, so subscribers will be billed in a recurring manner, approximately 10 - 15 days before quarterly shipping.

Can I use Love, Sylvie fragrances if I have allergies or asthma?

We recommend consulting with your doctor regarding any questions over use of our products. If you are having a medical emergency, please contact 911 immediately. People with fragrance allergies or asthma should exercise extreme caution when using any fine fragrance, including ours.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please send us a message here (or email hellolovesylvie@gmail.com). 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Login to your account through the main navigation panel under "My Account." After logging in, you will see a "cancel" button to the right of each subscription. You can cancel anytime.

 

If I subscribe, when do I receive my first shipment?

If you subscribe, your first perfume collection will be shipped within 2-3 business days, if available. If the current season is sold out, your first perfume collection will ship with the next season's ship date.

What is vegan perfume?

We define vegan perfume as containing no animal products and not participating in any animal testing. We also ensure that the suppliers of our ingredients do not participate in animal testing.

What is eau de parfum versus eau de toilette or eau de cologne?

Eau de parfum is the highest concentration of fragrance, typically around ~15 - 20% concentration. Eau de toilette and eau de cologne are weaker fragrance concentrations (around ~5 - 15%). Love Sylvie perfumes are all luxury eau de parfums.

What are parabens, and why shouldn't they be in my perfume?

Parabens are a group of compounds used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry, often in perfume. Parabens can be easily absorbed through the skin. Whether the use of parabens is safe remains uncertain, as they known to cause some hormone disruption. We take extra measures to ensure that parabens are not in Love, Sylvie perfumes.

 

What are phthalates, and why shouldn't they be in my perfume?

Phthalates are chemicals commonly used as solvents or fixatives in perfume. These chemicals are known endocrine disruptors. Therefore, we ensure that all Love, Sylvie perfumes are phthalate-free.

 

What is organic sugar cane alcohol?

Organic sugar cane alcohol is alcohol that was derived from certified organic sugar cane, or SD Organic Cane Alcohol 40-B (Alcohol Denatured).
